Fit for Trips is a customized fitness program for anyone training for outdoor adventures.
As we know, backpacking is HARD WORK. It’s way more fun (and much safer) to backpack when you have a solid base level of both cardiovascular fitness and strength. Fit for Trips provides their clients with 4-12 week training programs to prepare them for specific goals or upcoming adventures.
